OKPaly is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Creating an account as a minor is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
Each player is permitted to hold only one OKPaly account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds held therein.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal. Attempting to abuse bonus terms will result in cancellation of the bonus.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OKPaly login credentials. OKPaly will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorized access.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, money laundering, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. OKPaly reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Philippine law. Any disputes arising from your use of OKPaly shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and OKPaly ("OKPaly," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the OKPaly website, mobile application, and all related gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager on OKPaly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with OKPaly's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. OKPaly reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed.
To access OKPaly's gaming services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on OKPaly. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. OKPaly employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, OKPaly reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. OKPaly will never contact you to request your password. You agree to notify OKPaly immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15 if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
OKPaly is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
Accepted identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, and PRC ID.
OKPaly accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your OKPaly account balance upon confirmation of receipt by OKPaly's payment processing systems.
OKPaly does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other persons will be returned and may trigger an account review.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as described in Section 3.4. OKPaly aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.
OKPaly reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the name of the account holder.
All transactions on OKPaly are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. OKPaly is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. OKPaly reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees will remain available for withdrawal upon account reactivation.
OKPaly offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before they may be withdrawn. Real money funds deposited into your account will be used before bonus funds when placing bets, unless otherwise specified.
OKPaly reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from your account without compensation.
All bets placed on OKPaly are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. These rules are available within the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on OKPaly. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

All content on the OKPaly Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of OKPaly or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without OKPaly's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OKPaly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
OKPaly does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. OKPaly will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit OKPaly's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
OKPaly collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
OKPaly will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
OKPaly reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, OKPaly will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the changes.
OKPaly reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any balance held in your account may be forfeited. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach, OKPaly will return any verified balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting OKPaly's support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or market rules.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute, OKPaly encourages players to first contact the support team to seek an informal resolution. OKPaly will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
OKPaly's decisions on all gaming matters, including bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status, are final subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
